Since I suppose we're all a bunch of stuck-up nerds here (more or less), I thought the forum could have some sort of "Interests" board that would be a subsection in the 'Off Topic' one. There all kinds of stuff
could be discussed (like video games, sports, technology, comics, movies etc.) so that we don't have to bother and cram the whole Off Topic section with threads every single time you'd wanna talk about this ONE specific
thing, or 'interest'. I mean as in, wanna chit-chat about a specific game with some Hugelolers? Just go to the forum, "Interests", "Gaming" then either find a thread about just that game, or simply make a new thread.
Anyone care to share an opinion on this?

I agree with this. A spam section should also be added for those who are in the mood of trolling and are shitposting randomly on here. They get their own special folder to shitpost in without it being removed by mods.

Make a whole section next of interests next to the off-topic called interest and in them have a bunch of sub-sections for Music, Movies, Comics, TV Shows, Games and stuff like that... If more people join the site, it can be a good way to socialize with each other.

If more people join the site, it can be a good way to socialize with each other. Yeah, that was just like something I had in mind, to get to "know" each other I suppose. Chats were tried and didn't really work out in the long run because of the tremendous spam if you were more than like 20+ people in a chatroom at the same time - got cluttered way too fast, and it was proving difficult to follow a conversation in my opinion. The way forums work would change that. |

If it's not to hard the admins could also insert a feature/button/whatever to make multiple quotes. Also links to the actual post IN the quote. That'd be great. |
